PARC Aspen, nestled in the heart of downtown Aspen, CO, is a locally owned fine dining restaurant that epitomizes mountain chic elegance. We offer two distinct levels of dining: our inviting bar area with an approachably priced menu, and our contemporary fine dining room, where culinary excellence is paramount. Complementing our exquisite cuisine is a world-class wine list, thoughtfully curated to enhance the diverse flavor profiles of our menus. During the summer, guests can enjoy patio seating, while our year-round private dining room, The 620 Room, provides an intimate setting for up to 12 guests.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to work with you to reschedule your reservation or transfer it to another person. However, we do require a minimum notice for cancellations to ensure we can accommodate other guests.
Parties of 6 or fewer: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or in the case of a no-show, a late cancellation/no-show fee of $75 per guest will be charged.
Parties of 7 or more: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. For cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or in the case of a no-show, a late cancellation/no-show fee of $150 per guest will be charged.
