Distillation Process

Woody Creek Distillers is committed to crafting exceptional bourbon using the finest local ingredients. The corn and rye in this limited-edition single barrel bourbon are sourced directly from Colorado farms, while the pure Rocky Mountain Spring Water provides a distinct character. Aged for 8 years in American White Oak Barrels with a heavy char (Char No. 3), this bourbon develops deep and complex flavors. To ensure quality and consistency, each batch is produced in small quantities, allowing the unique characteristics of each barrel to shine through.

  • Color: Deep amber, reflecting long aging in charred oak barrels.

    Nose: Rich aromas of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and hints of spice (clove, cinnamon).

    Palate: Full-bodied and balanced with flavors of dark chocolate, butterscotch, dried fruits, and subtle smoky undertones.
