The Job Fair!

EXTRA, EXTRA READ ALL ABOUT IT!

We hosted our first ever job fair last Friday on the restaurant patio and it was a total success. We are forever grateful to those who came out and applied for a position with us, and for our friends who came by to check out the fantastic costumes!

We decided to theme the fair “spooky halloween” to foster some healthy competition amongst the current team members. Each “department” was tasked with decorating their table spookier then the rest and dressing up in costume. Everyone showed up in their halloween best and took the table competition seriously; each table went all out! When it came to crown a winner, we appointed our construction team lead Lucas to provide an unbiased result. After careful consideration he selected the office team composed of Madie Bailey [Director of Operations] and yours truly! For the costume competition we turned to our social media following and it was no contest. With a whopping 75% of the votes, Madie Bailey won AGAIN for her pirate costume.

Below is a collage of highlights from the job fair…

For those of you who did not get a chance to visit us this time, we will be hosting an additional job fair at the beginning of November. The follow up job fair will offer bilingual opportunities and will focus on positions in the front of house [servers and back servers] as well as back of house [line cooks, dishwashers, runners, prep cooks]. Information around date and time will be shared in the coming weeks leading up to it.

We are constantly accepting applications should you want to join our incredible team of local talent! Please send resumes to management@parcaspen.com.
