PARC Aspen will be closing for our off-season from Monday, October 14 until Thursday, December 12. This important pause allows our dedicated team some much-deserved downtime before the bustling season ahead.

We will reopen on Friday, December 13, featuring our bountiful Winter Menu and an exciting, cutting-edge Chef's Tasting Menu. We look forward to welcoming you back to experience the flavors of the season in our elegant setting.

Our winter hours will be Wednesday - Sunday from 5:00 to 10:00 PM*

*During the holiday week, we will be open on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve
